Each Aura Glow candle is made to order and lovingly hand-poured in the U.S. Please allow 2–4 business days for production. Once ready, your order ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and you’ll receive tracking details the moment it’s on the way.

Shipping times vary by destination, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–8 business days after they ship. We currently only ship within the U.S.

Because each candle is custom made just for you, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

If there’s an issue with your order, such as damage or receiving the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please reach out to us at hello@auraglowcandles.co within 5 business days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

All sales are final, as each candle is handmade to order. We do not accept returns.
